Product Description

Final Peace is an offline, encrypted application for documenting personal and family information. The product is delivered either as a digital download or pre-loaded on a USB drive, depending on your purchase.

Important: Final Peace is a tool for personal organization and documentation. It is not a substitute for legal documents such as wills, trusts, or powers of attorney. We recommend consulting with qualified legal and financial professionals for estate planning.

License

When you purchase Final Peace, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the software for yourself and your immediate family. You may not:

• Redistribute, sell, or sublicense the software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software
• Use the software for commercial purposes without a separate agreement
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your USB drive, PIN, and word patterns secure
• Backing up your USB drive if desired
• Ensuring your designated heirs know how to access the drive when needed
• Keeping your documented information accurate and up to date

We cannot recover your data if you lose your USB drive or forget your access credentials. This is by design for security, but it means you must take responsibility for safekeeping.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Final Peace and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Final Peace shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of Final Peace after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
